Sales Administrator Required in Dubai We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. Responsibilities - Support sales operations by processing sales and purchase orders in Odoo system, - Issue sales invoices to customers in a timely and customer-oriented manner, - Enter Item Master data provided by suppliers, to the system, - Effectively communicate and cooperate with customers, suppliers, and other Company departments to ensure smooth sales/purchase transactions, - Post GRN into the system. - Maintain and update sales records, - Provide information about inventory, prices, sales transactions to the management, - Assist Sales department with administrative tasks when required.
