Sales Assistant Required in Dubai We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate agent and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities: Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including preparing and editing property listings, drafting contracts and agreements, and coordinating paperwork. Maintain and update property databases and listing platforms with accurate and current information. Schedule property showings, open houses, and client appointments, and ensure all necessary preparations are made. Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Conduct market research and assist in the preparation of market analysis reports and presentations. Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing timely and accurate information to clients. Assist with marketing and advertising efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and coordinating online listings. Coordinate and oversee the logistical aspects of property closings, including scheduling inspections, appraisals, and coordinating with title companies and attorneys. Provide general office support, including managing calendars, organizing files and documents, and maintaining office supplies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Real Estate Assistant or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Proficient in using real estate software, databases, and MS Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Knowledge of real estate terminology, procedures, and documentation. Familiarity with online listing platforms and social media for real estate marketing. High school diploma or equivalent (required), additional real estate education or certification (preferred).
