Sales Coordinator Required in Dubai Impeccable communication skills – verbal & written Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Organizational Skills Basic Accounting Skills Advanced computer skills (including MS Office, accounting software) Job Description: Main Tasks: Handling customer inquiries (email, phone, walk-ins) and requests - Checking price (price comparison) - Checking coil availability & delivery - Coordinating with production Preparation of: - Quotation - Proforma invoice - Tax Invoice Sales Report Maintaining database: - Customer List - Price List Monitoring Delivery & updating the Customer Incoming To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales inquiries, by telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures as required To follow up all inquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating show rounds with potential clients to show them our facilities Contracting bookings and raising invoices Coordinating all details for the client Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the management Duty Management Administration To record the progress of all inquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends, inquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the Management Ensure an efficient tracking system of all event paper-work Up-keep of a client and agents database – updating where necessary Compilation of weekly overview sheets to all departments including communication and administration of ancillary services.
