Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Dubai
Duration: 6 month extendable
Salary: AED 8000

Key Responsibilities:

Support Sales Team: Assist sales representatives and managers by preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
Manage Orders and Inquiries: Process orders, handle customer inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer databases and provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, track sales performance, and assist with the analysis of sales data for management.
Coordinate Sales Activities: Organize and coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions for the sales team.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with clients on proposals, negotiations, and post-sale queries.
Inventory and Stock Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and delivery deadlines are met.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales department, including documentation and record-keeping.
Sales Target Monitoring: Help track and ensure sales teams are meeting their targets and KPIs.
Assist in Marketing Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with promotions, events, and other activities aimed at boosting sales.
