Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer at ScanWave. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing sales services and consultancy and support the sales team in providing sales activities to customers, communicating with clients, and driving sales pipelines fully.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and expertise to customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Assist in developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers through the sales process.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of ScanWave’s product offerings and the IRM (Integrated Risk Management) industry.
Serve as a liaison between the customer and ScanWave’s product development team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sale implementation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
CRM, Sales and Presentation skills
Presentation and Communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Experience in the IRM/GRC/Cyber Security industries mandatory
Relevant Industry Certificates/Courses required
2 – 5 Years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Knowledge of network security, cyber security, or related technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
