Sales Executive Required in Dubai GCC Candidate University Graduate Strong command over billing/scheduling software Bilingual (English and Arabic) Minimum 4 years of CSR experience Good command of MS Office Ready for immediate joining Job Description: Generate new members by actively creating leads, following them up and converting them into new Zabeel Ladies Club members. Remain actively engaged with new and existing members to seek membership referrals. Putting dynamic plans to successfully exceed the membership sales targets and KPI's by providing first-class customer experiences. Regularly meeting with different departments to analyze cross-selling opportunities. Design attractive promotions and offers and measure their feasibility. Develop emergency sales plans in case the performance didn’t meet the set targets. Oversee quality control systems for the achievement of conversion rates. To conduct sales tours of the facilities and give guidance to prospective customers on the type of membership category best suited to their needs and requests as directed by the club’s standard. To be responsible for analyzing daily sales and to be familiar with the total membership sales of the club. To be responsible for the management of the membership database and sales systems. To produce monthly sales plan to achieve preset sales targets. To generate new business by visiting corporate sites and complete outreach work.
