2. Develop and execute a strategic business plan that expands Veggitech's customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
3. Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives, setting clear objectives and monitoring their performance.
4. Foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their specific needs.
5. Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, revenue analysis, and expense reports, providing realistic forecasts to the management team.
6. Monitor market trends, identify emerging markets, and stay informed about competitors' products and market shifts.
7. Hold a BBA/MBA degree in business administration or a related field.
8. Demonstrate a successful track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
9. Exhibit a commitment to continuous education, staying updated on industry trends through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
10. Possess excellent communication, presentation, and influential skills, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
11. Demonstrate the ability to drive the sales process from planning to successful closure.
12. Display a strong business sense and industry expertise, understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
13. Exhibit exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management skills, motivating and guiding the sales team to achieve their best performance.
