Qualifications

Sales Target Achievement and Team Leadership abilities
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends and regulations
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of success in real estate sales
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Certification in Real Estate or Sales Management is a plus
Salary: 10,000 - 12000 + Team commission override
