We work with best hotels in the world and have reputation of a boutique brand. Key Responsibilities Prospecting qualified leads to progress to product interest and quoted opportunities. Managing existing database to generate further opportunities. Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers such as General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, designers and consultants. Also, liaising with key stakeholders to fully understand clients’ needs and expectations. Developing a holistic sales strategy working with the IHS Sales Support Team. Generating new business opportunities. **Applications will only be assessed for those with working rights in Dubai** Essential Criteria Experience in opening high value opportunities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internal and client-based. Confidence in cold calling. High level of emotional intelligence to successfully convert cold and warm calls. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management and organisational skills. Skilled in CRM systems and using the available data to deliver results. A strong work ethic and desire to develop yourself and others. Desire to interact with different cultures and manage language barriers. Flexibility in dealing with different time zones. Fluency in English is essential. Previous experience in the hospitality industry – Management, Operations, Sales.
