We offer commercial and residential window cleaning to homes and businesses located in and around UAE. Other services we provide • upholstery cleaning • Solar panel cleaning • carpet cleaning • ground pressure washing Position Description We are looking for an experienced Salesman to join our team on a commission-based role. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The successful applicant should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for customer service. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales targets • Generate leads and identifv new sales opportunities • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers • Provide excellent customer service • Monitor competitors and market trends • Prepare sales reports Requirements: • Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role • Knowledge of sales techniques and processes • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High degree of self-motivation • Strong customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel to meet with customers Benefits We Offer: • 2000 AED basic salary after trail period • 10% Commission on Every Deal Closed • Laptop Provided • Travel Allowance • Mobile and SIM Sales target 200/500 jobs per month.
