Job Description:
IT Admin
Provide first line response to general IT enquiries for minor troubleshooting, technical assistance, assessment of situation and effectively escalate issues to HQ IT and IT support vendor team for quick resolution.
Knowledge and experience on IT network, security and server and can provide suggestions and recommendations as necessary.
Maintain, update manuals, and provide training for company’s systems (HR, Digital Signature platform, Virtual Desktop, etc) and proactively disseminate information on ICT matters.
Facilitate installation and configuration of HQ IT approved device and equipment.
Coordination with the HQ IT and IT support vendor on matters related to Azure, AD & Office 365, system passwords, software, management & security of server-related matters (on-premise and CATO), switches, routers, Access Points, IT group policies, network, Firewall Systems (FortiGate), WAN, OU, Group Policy, patching and backup/ recovery of server files and anything related to ICT.
HR & General Affairs
Act as the point of contact for employees in providing ad-hoc admin support, managing queries and respond to related requests and processes.
Safekeep and manage company supplies and assets inventory including purchase, disposals, monitoring with performance checks and preventive maintenance of company assets, equipment, and devices.
Maintain, update, and organize personnel and admin-related records and files.
Provide support for travel arrangements such as visas, hotels & country requirements.
Facilitate government processes and coordinate various services with Etisalat, insurance companies, DAFZA and other providers.
Coordinate office renovation, improvement, layout changes and facilities & utilities management.
Support HR Manager & Admin GM in preparing and maintaining company policies and procedures, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, etc.
Assist in company & team building events and CSR activities.
Process claims, payroll and payment requests and coordinate with Accounts department.
Establish various supplier/ vendor relationships, price negotiations, and contractual agreements in adherence to company’s cost-efficiency objectives.
Carry out ad-hoc daily tasks in support of admin operations and objectives.
Qualification and Skills:
With relevant graduate or bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in office administration
Strong background in IT is highly preferable.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
Strong organizational and coordination with the ability to function in multi-cultural environment
Positive attitude, self-motivated and other preferred skills (ex. attention to details, deadline-driven, time management, flexible, adaptable, etc.)
