- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, including nodes, miners, and wallets

- Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java

- Knowledge of Smart Contracts and Web3

- Understanding of Basic Cryptography in the context of blockchain

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
