Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Salary: AED 40k to 60k

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Migration Leadership: Oversee and execute seamless technology migration projects to enhance infrastructure.
Team Building: Build and scale a tech team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce and technology to inform strategic decisions.
AI Integration: Implement AI technologies to drive intelligent solutions and improve business processes.
Cloud Management: Ensure efficient management of cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and resource efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a CTO or in a similar leadership role, with a robust technical background.
Language: Fluency in English is required.
Migration Expertise: Proven ability to lead successful tech migration initiatives.
Team Development: Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing tech teams.
Industry Insight: Deep understanding of trends in e-commerce and technology innovation.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services.
