Information Technology Contract Manager Required in Dubai Urgent Required DUBAI UAE The IT Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement and negotiation of technology-related contracts with vendors and/or clients. The individual in this role will ensure that all technology contracts are drafted and executed in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Responsibilities: Initiate, draft, negotiate and manage technology contracts with external vendors and/or clients. Ensure contract terms comply with organizational guidelines, policies, and legal requirements. Provide assistance to organizational departments regarding the interpretation of contract terms and conditions. Conduct research and analysis of technology market trends, and vendor performance to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Manage contractual modifications and amendments as per organizational policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure all contracts are processed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field. At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT Contracting, Vendor Management, or Procurement. Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to technology-based contracts. Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.
