Role : IT Manager

Job Location : Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of Quickbook system and SAP.

• Must have – Application support knowledge of Quickbook systems

• Be a single point of contact for any issues, escalation w.r.t. Quickbook systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.

• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.

• Ensure data management - security, authentication and authorization and backup/recovery procedures.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

• Ensure timely delivery of task.

• Responsible for project budget and resource management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quickbook implementation project.

• Having well versed knowledge on MS-Office skills ,MS-Excel, MS Access or any other databases.

• Nice to have Experience in managing SAP System.

• Nice to have basic implementation knowledge on cloud-based system and infrastructure.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

• Willing to work with US/ Europe time shifts if needed.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Quick learner and adaptive to new technologies
