Information Technology Manager Required in Dubai Contribute directly to the strategy, development and quality of IT Service Management and the company’s service delivery capability. Instill service orientation and ITSM awareness. Active stakeholder and driver in underlying operations process and infrastructure, to direct continuous improvements across the supporting teams to meet existing customer contract/statement of work, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) and compliance requirements Creating planning for capacity changes Evaluate and assess strategic solutions that leverage new and emerging technologies that drive process automation and improve organization effectiveness and efficiencies Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines Manage Renewal contracts with vendors (e.g., Infra platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses pertaining to Infrastructure. When necessary, launch new initiatives and projects that improve upon support-related processes to meet. Design, implement and ensure efficient maintenance and ensure compliance to all disaster recovery plans. Develop, implement, integrate and maintain system servers, applications and tools, as well as end-user systems, applications and tools Administer all spheres of OC physical planning, provide security and backup for recovering systems.
