IT Administrator Required in Dubai Job Position:IT Administrator Location:Dubai Salary:8000 AED - 12000 AED Position Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team and support IT of our company’s members and clients. Responsibilities Set up, install, configure, and maintain office workstations, ensuring they are optimized for performance and security. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively. Offer guidance and support to employees on the proper use of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Provide assistance and guidance for video conferencing solutions, resolving connectivity and setup issues as they arise. Assist users with software-related inquiries, offering guidance on how to use different applications effectively. Provide initial user training on using IT systems. Requirements Extensive experience in office IT operations, and support. Graduate in a field of IT, like, B.Tech (IT) / B.SC. (IT), etc. Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and support. Proficiency in local area network troubleshooting and support. Relevant certifications are advantageous. Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
