IT Documentation Coordinator Required in Dubai
Help AG is looking for an IT Documentation Coordinator to join our team. The IT Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining all IT documentation, including policies, procedures, technical specifications, user guides, and training materials. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Assist with documentation including writing and editing, proofreading upon request, and formatting.
Work with colleagues to ensure integrity and consistency of documentation practice across the company.
Maintain records and files, including inventory documents, assets, modification of records and customer files.
Organize an archiving documentation system.
Assist with internal communications, including creating and sending MoM memos, newsletters, and emails.
Onboarding of customers on multiple platforms including but not limited to remedy and other customize portals.
Practical hands-on experience of smart reporting tools.
Labelling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use.
Retrieving documents upon request.
Adhering to regulatory requirements.
Removing documents that are obsolete.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Maintain the records, licenses, company’s confidential documents.
Take care of documents version control.
Sound knowledge of processes and stages.
Very good knowledge of applying formulas in excel.
Understand and follow the incident response process through event escalations.
Able to prioritize responsibilities and adhere to deadlines.
Familiar with computer software programs such as word processors, spreadsheet programs, and database systems.
Basic networking knowledge so that the person is familiar with technical terminologies.
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in data organization.
Experience in maintaining the records.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, MS. Project).
Experience in professional level documentation.
Sound knowledge and hands on experience of technical documentation.
Familiar with analytics and preparation of day-to-day operational reports.
Knowledge of ticketing tools.
Multitasking ability.
Flexible to work in fast phasing environment.
