IT Operations Team Lead Required in Dubai What You’ll Be Doing You will manage (and participate in!) the IT Operations for one of the largest offices in our group. Think about: security, ZTNA, MFA, MDM, high-end firewalls, on-prem cloud, networking, disaster recovery, server rooms, and internal help desk support. In addition, you play a key role in the secure operation of more than 250 SaaS applications, and you proactively make (and implement!) well-informed recommendations that keep us on the cutting edge of security and technology. What You Bring To The Table 5 to 10 years of relevant experience 2+ years of experience managing people across cultures and borders Expert-level knowledge of our ‘big 5’: Google Workspace, Okta, Kandji, Jumpcloud, and Cloudflare Extreme hands-on technical skills. You are able to configure and troubleshoot equipment such as Fortigate Firewalls and HP/Aruba access points and switches with one arm tied behind your back.
