Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Proactively identify and engage with qualified IT and tech candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Assessment:
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and ensure alignment with candidate profiles.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent, utilizing both traditional and innovative methods.

Qualifications:
