Responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and technical functions.
Monitor, operate, coordinate assist and train others in the operation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to achieve the desired result.

Setup, install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and CCTV.
Maintain inventory of all technology devices.
This position will also require on-call response to incidents as necessary.
Job Accountabilities
1. Host Server Installation, Configuration Maintenance. Operating System administration and management.
2. Infrastructure application administration like Active Directory, Exchange, File Server, Monitoring Tools, Certificate Authority, Updated services. 3. Create and manage Mailboxes, Distribution Lists, and Public Folders in Exchange Server. 4. Handle Office 365 (User Management, Teams, and SharePoint). 5. Managing file server- applying security policies for users and groups. 6. Configuration, support, and maintenance of firewall security (SonicWALL, FortiGate). 7. Handling and managing routers, modems, and switches integrated in voice and data infrastructure. 8. Installing, configuring, and maintaining all aspects of SAP and administrative tasks such as (user management, configuration, deployment). 9. Maintenance and configuration of phone systems and Help Desk. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems, and installation and updating SAP office applications, document management software, etc
Requirements
Essential:Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
Desirable / Preferred: Master’s Degree in IT, CS.
Certifications: IT related Certifications & Trainings. Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, network installation and configuration.
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
