Junior IT Administrator Required in Dubai Junior Administrative The position’s responsibility will include but not be limited to the following: Conduct all administrative aspects of technology department Assist with coordination and execution of IT projects, tracking progress and enforcing deadlines Manage and execute company technology procurement, including hardware and software, ensuring compliance with the company's procurement procedures Track contracts and license requirements and renewals Monitor subscriptions and telecommunication services Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures related to IT equipment and software for employees Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and software licenses Support IT budgeting and expense tracking processes Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent experience) Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in an IT setting Excellent understanding of office management procedures Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel) and knowledge of project management tools Good understanding of technology Keen attention to details, with a commitment to follow through and follow-up Exceptional time management and organizational skills Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment and extended hours, as necessary Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Tiger is B Corp Certified.
