Salesforce Developer Required in Dubai The Salesforce Developer will design and implement the key technical components of Salesforce solutions at flydubai and help direct other technical resources to develop and deliver the project deliverables. Your role will be to work closely with the CRM Specialist and the IT Project Manager throughout the whole project from requirements gathering, solution design, development and testing; you will help reduce the overall project technical risk by analysing the requirements, uncovering design issues early in the project life-cycle, sharing implementation best practices, and recommending solution alternatives. This is a hands on role that requires significant technical experience and abilities with Salesforce.com and related cloud technologies. Key Activities Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, Aura and application integration patterns You will be required to judge the tradeoffs with technology and feasibility and help make choices that fit the constraints of the project You will serve as the technical expert on projects focused on Salesforce.com - Service Cloud, and the Force.com platform You will design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration and testing, administration Release and Environment Management including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons and version control You will work closely with the FZ CRM Specialist, Customer Experience Manager and IT PM to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, develop and deliver key components of technology solution Provides Salesforce related mentoring and guidance to other IT-Corporate team members Minimum Qualifications / Experience/ Knowledge / Skills Minimum Qualification Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (IT qualification) Experience 5+ years with Salesforce.com and as a Salesforce.com developer 5+ years knowledge of Service Cloud + customer portal 5+ years VisualForce and Sites page development Excellent written and verbal communication skills SDFC Developer and Administrator certifications are a must Knowledge / Skills Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce AppExchange Apex SFDC.COM Certificate / License required Force.com Developer Force.com Advanced Developer Salesforce Administrator Additional Requirements Good understanding of data structures, data modeling and DB schema.
