Head Chef Required in Dubai 

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head Chef with a specialization in seafood, sushi, and gourmet cuisine. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering world-class dining experiences and have a deep understanding of seafood preparation, sushi techniques, and upscale gourmet dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards of food quality.
Develop and innovate seafood, sushi, and gourmet menu items, incorporating the finest ingredients, including our signature caviar.
Maintain consistency and presentation of dishes, ensuring a premium dining experience for all guests.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, hygiene, inventory management, and staff training.
Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special promotions. Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef, with a focus on seafood, sushi, and gourmet cuisine.
Strong understanding of seafood sustainability and the best sourcing practices. Expertise in sushi preparation, from traditional techniques to modern fusion approaches.
Creativity and passion for developing unique and memorable dishes.
Ability to lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail, especially in presentation and quality.
