HR Director Required in Dubai 

Leading local holding company is hiring a HR Director to develop and implement the HR strategy across the holding company and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving organizational effectiveness.

About the role:

Execute HR strategies aligned with business growth.
Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.
Oversee talent acquisition and retention efforts.
Implement succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Lead organizational design and change management efforts.
Develop and maintain compliant HR policies and practices.
Manage employee relations and resolve HR conflicts.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee well-being.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.
Utilize HR metrics for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
Mentor the HR team and collaborate with subsidiary leaders.

About you:

Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or HR certification preferred.
Proven experience as a senior HR leader in a holding company or multinational.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics.
