HR Specialist Required in Dubai
Key Responsibilities:System Administration:
Manage and maintain the Oracle HCM system, including updates, configurations, and user access.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system.
HR Process Optimization:
Analyze HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices using Oracle HCM functionalities.
Collaborate with HR teams to streamline onboarding, performance management, and other HR functions.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and generate reports to provide insights into HR metrics, trends, and compliance.
Utilize data analytics to support strategic HR initiatives.
User Support and Training:
Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on the Oracle HCM system and related processes.
Serve as the main point of contact for any system-related queries and troubleshooting.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations related to employee data.
Monitor and implement necessary security measures within the Oracle system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure system integration and functionality align with organizational needs.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM or similar HR systems.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Certification in Oracle HCM is a plus.
