Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR initiatives, recruiting, onboarding, training, and overseeing employee relations. They will also develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee development
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
