Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit real estate agents for our brokerage, with a focus on attracting top talent within the Dubai property market.
Candidate Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding of successful candidates.
Networking: Leverage an extensive network of real estate brokers to identify and attract candidates.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with candidates to foster a strong pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
Market Insights: Stay updated on trends and dynamics in the Dubai real estate market to inform recruitment strategies and ensure the attraction of top talent.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s value proposition to prospective candidates and enhance our brand presence in the market.
Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: 5-6 years of recruitment experience, specifically within the real estate brokerage sector in Dubai (experience recruiting real estate agents is essential).
Network: A strong, established network of real estate brokers within the Dubai property market.
Skills: Proven ability to identify, attract, and secure top talent within the competitive Dubai real estate brokerage industry.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and convince high-performing agents to join the company.
Cultural Fit: Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and brokerage dynamics.
Preference: Female candidates preferred; Indian nationality would be an added advantage.
