Senior HR Specialist Required in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the selection of top-tier candidates through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Promote a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and address workplace issues to maintain a healthy and motivated workforce.
Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, and manage the HR department budget.
Provide guidance and support to HR personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Leadership or similar role.
